We are in peak strawberry season!
Last week, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting our very first corporate event here at The Berry Dairy! The group of 22 who joined us brought not only great energy but also a wonderful mix of cultures and backgrounds, including several international visitors who were experiencing regional Victoria for the first time.
The day began with a mocktail-making class using our fresh strawberries and local ingredients, an interactive, light-hearted way to get the group mingling and laughing. From there, we headed out into the fields for some pick-your-own strawberrys, followed by a visit to our petting zoo, Cricket -the goat (unsurprisingly) won over just about everyone.
Lunch was served at our farm café, where guests enjoyed a menu full of locally sourced Gippsland produce. We wrapped up the afternoon with a guided farm tour and milking demonstration, giving everyone a behind-the-scenes look at life on a working dairy farm and a deeper appreciation for where their food comes from.
We were so thrilled with the positive feedback from the group. It was especially rewarding to hear how much they enjoyed learning more about our local area, farming practices, and fresh produce. It’s days like this that remind us why we love what we do and we can’t wait to welcome more teams to The Berry Dairy for corporate functions with a difference!
