The Berry Dairy

Family owned and operated Dairy and Strawberry Farm, which also features a café catering for all ages, strawberry picking, a children’s play area, petting zoo and outdoor games. We also have some new things! A new dog park, new produce added to our farm fresh range and elevated strawberry beds designed to assist those with disabilities.

Strawberry Picking

We have fresh, delicious strawberries for everyone!

The Berry Dairy is a pick-your-own strawberry farm and café. We have five strawberry patches, including two new fields that recently opened. We have strawberry picking available daily throughout the summer, from November to April.

For your strawberry experience, it's only $3 per person (FREE for anyone under 5 years old). You can choose the size of your punnet: a small punnet is just $6, a medium punnet is $10, and a large punnet box is $20. Feel free to purchase additional punnets if you'd like!

Walk in’s are welcome, there is no need to book for strawberry picking. Please check our socials for daily updates on the strawberry forecast.

Family Fun

The Berry Dairy is designed to be entertaining for the whole family, it will be everyone’s favourite summer destination:

Farmyard petting zoo with calves, lambs, goats, bunnies, chickens and even an alpaca!
Try out local food and produce at our café.
We have a menu kids love! Kids grazing board is a must try.
Pick your own delicious fresh strawberries!
Taste our signature real fruit strawberry ice creams.
We also have playgrounds designed for all ages.
A large field, sandpit, outdoor yard games, footballs, cricket bats and a basketball hoop to entertain the older kids.

Foodies Adventure

At The Berry Dairy, the whole team is passionate about the idea of connecting people to where their food comes from. In an idyllic location like this, it’s the perfect way to explore and experience the local produce in the region it was grown:

Our Gippsland Produce board featuring local cheeses, olives, chutneys along with our own Mewburn Park Grass Fed Beef salami and kabanas.
The ultimate indulgence -a dessert sharing board.
A premium cocktail menu using local spirits and fresh ingredients.
We also have local craft beer and cider which can be purchased from our cafe.

Farm and Nature Bike Trails

We are situated only a 5km detour off the Gippsland rail trail, so we’re a perfect way to break up your journey!

Being located in a lovely scenic countryside region, we also have many bike and hiking tracks and trails you can access from our property. These trails are suited to everyone in the family so if you have your bikes with you, why not get out and explore even more of what this beautiful area has to offer.

Strawberry Cocktail Making Classes

Shake up your weekend! The Berry Dairy hosts private cocktail making classes (minimum of 6 people).

This is cocktail making with a difference! First you first pick your own strawberries from our strawberry fields and herbs from our herb garden. You then incorporate the ingredients into your epic cocktails! This is a fun and interactive 2 hour experience. We will guide you through the process of blending, stirring and creating 3 perfect cocktails.

Cocktail Making is a great bonding experience that can be used for any occasion, we can adapt the menu to include mocktails if you have a deso driver. For all enquiries please get in contact with us!
